We had some nice fall-like weather here in the valley this weekend which was the perfect opportunity to pull out some jackets and boots to show you all a bit of our fall fashion. We'll be posting everyday this week, alternating between Noemi (make sure to check out her Vampire Diaries inspired look if you haven't already!) and myself.
Getting into my first look, there are some things that remind me of fall: pumpkins, candy corn, actual corn (probably due to nearby scary corn mazes), and apples. What do all of those have in common, besides deliciousness? Their colors! Yellows, reds, and oranges all remind me of fall which is what I went for with this outfit. My yellow corduroy jacket/blazer I got at a yard sale early this year, but because of quick weather changes, I never got to actually wear it. I'm wearing it with a sheer blouse from Ross that I wore through the summer, but because it's a mixture of reds and oranges, I think it transitions well into this season. I finished the outfit off with my new favorite boots also from Ross. Oh! And I'm wearing my Revlon Lip Butter in Raspberry Pie. I am absolutely loving the color for the cooler weather.
