Jillian Lopez, to the left, is a freshman at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications studying Broadcast Journalism. She aspires to one day work for E! entertainment.
Jillian Lopez is a beautiful girl, but even more through her confident personality that complements her attainable style.
As we were doing her photo shoot, a man came up to us, with what I think was his excuse, to ask about my Canon Rebel XS, but in reality wanted a picture with Jillian. But that's not all, as soon as we walked into Revolver Records, all eyes were on the girl with the retro red dress and hoops that embodied an era that some of the records represented.
Jillian's modesty, however, demonstrates how attainable her style really is: "I like to mix it up; I don't have one select style," she said. "I think it works for everyone."
Jillian looks to Lauren Conrad for fashion inspiration. Conrad, according to Jillian, has classy style. Jillian added. "You can look stylish, but [be] cheap at the same time." She also defines her style to be Classy. Fun. And Cheap.
Jillian finds accessible clothing at Marshall's, Ross, TJ Max, and F21.
"I like to find good deals; I'm always in the hunt for a bargain. I never pay full price," Jillian said.
As retro as her dress appears to be, Jillian stated that if her attire could sing, it would be Selena Gomez's "Who Says" with the lines, "I'm no beauty queen./ I'm just beautiful me."
