The Flower Cat

I've been the flower girl at two weddings. Once when I was four and the other when I was 10-- I don't remember either. I have a theory, though, that my title as a two-time-flower-girl makes me appreciate all flower girls, or it just makes me really like flower petals. That's what this outfit is. A WHOLE BUNCH OF FLOWERS.
I also feel like it's the perfect spring outfit (if such season existed in Phoenix-- these pictures were taken in 92 degree weather) because of the colors and a whole new take on floral.
Both the shorts and top are from Forever 21. I bought them, along with other cute items I shall feature soon, with birthday money, so I was able to be slightly less concerned with prices. I want to say the top was $17 and the shorts $13, so it really wasn't bad.
I wore this with plain brown flats that at one point belonged to my sister so I don't quite know where they're from.
The fedora I bought at Ross last summer for $7(?). I kind of love it and wish I wore it more often (this means expect it in upcoming features).
The best bargain of the outfit are my fabulous sunglasses. There is this little accessories/alterations shop near my house (on 99th Ave. & Lower Buckeye Rd. for those of you in the valley) that sells jewelery along with other accessories, including sunglasses, starting at just a dollar. Their sunglasses, specifically, are $3.99 each or two for $5.99. My sister bought me these on my birthday and got herself the other pair. We also got really cute, huge, matching owl rings I will show y'all later for only $4.
Speaking of birthday presents, Noemi got this neat-o record player for hers which made a very nice prop for our photo shoot, and I may or may not have touched something I wasn't supposed to...

You can see more pictures from all our features over on our Facebook page!
