Charlotte Russe always has some kind of deal going on, and a few months ago -- sometime in the fall -- I came across this $5 dollar shirt with slit sleeves and 2-layered cuffs with no enclosure...instead the sleeves get wider by the moment, but don't reach the wrist.
The style has a Renaissance touch to it, and the colors are elegant and versatile when it comes to season changes.
